HIST 203 American History to 1820
This course is an analysis of American history from the development of pre-contact Native American cultures through the period of European exploration and first contact, the American Revolution, and the Early Republic.

HIST 404 History of Latin America
This course is a topical analysis of the beliefs, values, customs, and traditions that have determined and characterized the history of the peoples of Latin America. (It qualifies as a Non-Western History selection.)
