Yang's Style
(aka:
Long Form,
or
Traditional Form)
is the most populate and widely practiced style of Tai Chi in
the world today.
The Long Form has 115 postures, when performed at its prescribed
speed, usually takes approximately 25 to 30 minutes to complete.
Long Form is the first and the most important style of Tai Chi
Master Ru practices and teaches every morning.
